Chamber heated to 90°C

The absolute heating chamber ensures perfect ABS 3D printings. Printing in a heated room at 90 °c eliminates the phenomenon of internal stress and shrinkage on parts.
No more warping, distortion of the workpiece, even on complex and technical parts.

Double glazed enclosure

The machine is completely surrounded by double glazing. No risk of burns.

Modular design: Perfect thermal insulation

The machine is composed of three independent thermal zones:

  • Zone #1 “Extrusion” upper part :

Extruders, heating, cooling, Ventilation… Completely insulated from the printing chamber, only the extrusion nozzles penetrate the printer.

  • Zone #2 “Printing” central section

capable of heating to 90°C, only the essential elements are located in this area: a printing bed that can move in all 3 axes, Delta arms and trolleys. This design minimizes the number of elements that can withstand high temperatures.

  • Zone 3 “Electronics”, lower section

contains the electronics and the 3 motors of the 3 axes. This area is permanently ventilated.
All electronic components are assembled on a mobile plate for easy maintenance.

The stainless steel used in the vertical rails, a very bad heat conductor also helps to reduce the thermal bridges.

Reverse Delta technology with magnetic ball joints and TSS (Three Spheres System)

The Delta inversion allows to position all the sensitive elements (extruder, Ventilation, Heaters, coolers…) Outside the heated printing area.

Only the components that are essential for printing are confined in the heated area.

The well-fitted magnetic bearings and the three Delta spheres (patent pending) Create a perfect isostatisme and guarantee an exceptionally precise positioning of the print bed, while allowing a high speed of movement.

The arms are made of carbon fibre and the magnetic head is made of high temperature (150 °c) doped neodymium magnets.

Static print heads and motors

The print heads are static. By avoiding the movements of large masses and engines, it was possible to add all the latest technologies in the head (DualDrive, inclination, liquid cooling…), there is no more mass to be moved.

Only the print bed moves on the 3 axes. Thanks to Delta technology, the 3 engines are positioned in the lower part and are also static;

Polyetherimide printing bed

The print bed consists of an aluminum foil screwed onto the main heating bracket and an PEI sheet of 1mm glued with a high temperature glue.

The PEI this material used in aeronautics and medical, ensures perfect adhesion of the part during the printing phase and allows a very easy takeoff at ambient temperature. More welded parts on the print bed.
The print bed is removable, simply fixed by 3 screws.

As an option, we can supply other types of print bed: perforated glass fiber, tempered glass, thermoplastic….

The print bed’s STEP or DXF CAD files are provided on request.

Double tilting head

The double extrusion head rotates, allowing an automatic stop of the unused nozzle and preventing it from leaving traces on the parts.

Usually the first head is reserved for the printing of the part and the second to the printing of the support.

Double head or single head on the same machine
The absolute 2 can be supplied with a double head and/or a single head. The double heads are especially suited to the printing of technical parts in ABS + HIPS support.
Simple heads are often reserved for the testing of high temperature materials or also for the printing of simple parts.

Interchangeable print heads
We have brought a special care during the design to the ease of maintenance and the evolution of the machine. The extrusion heads are removable in less than 5 minutes.

The single heads are equipped with lures, which allow to move from a double head to a single head without any modification or modification of the firmware.

Cold interchangeable nozzles

Thanks to the use of a very special high temperature sealing washer, the heads are able to switch the nozzles at room temperature. No leakage, no risk of burning.

It is not necessary to heat the head to change a nozzle, a special seal allows the cold nozzle to be removed.

Extrusion heads at very high temperature (500°C) with liquid cooling

The double extrusion head exists with air cooling for standard materials (ABS, HIPS, PLA…) which do not require extrusion temperatures above 300 °c (572 °f).

But there is also a liquid cooling option for extrusion temperatures up to 500 °c (932 °f). This option allows you to extrude absolutely all extrudables materials available on the market.

The extrusion heads with liquid cooling system are equipped with self-sealing professional fittings (exchange of the “live” heads, without draining of the cooling circuit).

High-temperature heads are equipped with high-sensitivity sensors (<0.2 °c resolution).

Optimized ventilation

Ventilation is one of the keys to the success of 3D printing. Particular care has been taken to ensure that the room is ventilated.

A brushless motor turbine controlled by Gcode pulses hot air at high speed through adjustable nozzles.

This allows you to test the material by varying the ventilation.

Dual drive system

The filament is driven by a dual “DualDrive” system. This principle allows a perfect supply of the yarn without scratches or distortions.
You can extrude any type of rigid, flexible filament….

Our DualDrive extruder is twice as powerful as a traditional single-drive extruder.

The drives are made of steel, offering better resistance when extruding loaded materials.

The replacement of the filament is very simple, a lever releases the filament.

Automatic calibration

The calibration of the printing bed is automatic and performed before each printing.

The height calibration of the 2 nozzles is also done automatically before each printing, you can change the print head in a few minutes, the machine will automatically recalibrate itself.

The ABSolute2 is one of the most versatile and open machines on the market.

Standard filaments and rolls

We supply filaments with suitable print configurations, but ABSolute2 extrude any type of filament ø 1.75 mm (a spring system automatically compensates for variations in wire diameter).

You are free to choose your suppliers.


The ABSolute2 is an “open” machine, absolutely all the printing parameters are available and modifiable: temperatures, speeds, thicknesses of layers, support…. You have full access.

It works with less than 2 modes:
1. “User” Mode, which allows printing, pause, stop, change of filament….
2. In “Administrator” mode with a password, all settings are then accessible.

You will get a copy of the Firmware sources and the management software at the reception of the machine.

The machine is controlled by GCode, the standard language of CNC machines. These are text files, editable with any standard text editor.

You will also have full access to the post-processor to generate the GCode.


The ABSolute2 comes standard with an RJ45 (Ethernet) port, a USB port for maintenance, WIFI, a video camera.

It can be used or controlled by a PC, tablet or phone (Android-IOs) with a video return.

It can be managed from your network by cable, WIFI, or via the Internet, with the possibility to launch, suspend, stop an impression from where you want.
It can print in standalone mode without any connection (no video monitoring in this case).

The ABSolute2 has a 10-GB storage space that allows you to keep the files you print often.

The ABSolute2 is one of the most versatile machines on the market: Double Head, single head, 300 °c, 500 °c, total control of all printing settings, use of any standard filament….
