1.      Take off the Print bed

Enlever le plateau d'impression

 

2.      Clean the Support and Bed plate then install it Upside/Down (PEI or Film facing the Bed Support)

Nettoyer le support et le bed puise retournez le (PEI ou Film contre le support)

IMPORTANT : Never level the bed with the print bed not upside-down (Risq of damage of head)

IMPORTANT : Ne jamais mettre à niveau le Support de Lit Chauffant avec le plateau d'impression installé normalement (risque de déterioration de la tête d'impression)

 

3.      Check the value Zprobe height in EEPROM is -0.100

IMPORTANT : this value must be negative -0.100

Configurer la valeur Z Probe height dans l'EEPROM. à -0.10

IMPORTANT : cette valeur doit être négative -0.10

 

4.      Clean the Nozzle with Kitchen paper and alcohol or aceton then enter G29 in the G-Code area of the Manual Control. The printer probe the Bed Support and displays the values.

Nettoyer la pointe de la buse et le Support de Lit avec du papier absorbant et de l'alcool ou de l'acétone, puis entrer G29, l'imprimante fait un test de niveau du bed et affiche les valeurs.

 

5.      Repetier-Host informs you of the values that have to be adjusted. Turn the designated two M6 screws accordingly. Screw #1 is the left screw, #2 the right one, one full turn  of screw give 1.0mm

Repeat the G-Code command: G29.

Continue up you get a successful calibration.

Repetier-host vous informe sur les valeurs qui doivent être ajustés. Tournez les deux vis M6 désignés en conséquence. Vis n ° 1 est la vis de gauche, n ° 2 la droite, 1 tour = 1mm

Répétez la commande G-Code: G29.

Continuer jusqu'à obtenir un étalonnage réussi.

 

6.      Now we can store the values in the EEPROM of the Printer, enter : G29 S2 in the G-Code area of the Manual Control tab.

Maintenant nous pouvons écrire la valeur dans la mémoire de 'imprimante, entrer G29 S2.

 

7.      The printer probe again the Bed Support, displays the values and store the values in the EEPROM.

L'imprimante fait à nouveau un test de niveau du Support de lit, affiche les valeurs et les écrit dans la mémoire EEPROM de l'imprimante.

 

8.      Click on Tab Printer Shape and enter the Z height Value displayed in Printable height (235.46 in the example below)

Cliquer sur l'onglet Printer Shape et entrer la valeur Z height Value (235.46 dans l'exemple ci dessous)

 

Click on Apply then OK buttons then OK

Cliquer sur le bouton Apply puis OK

 

9.      Close Repetier-Host, Turn off the printer disconnect USB cable,

Fermer Repetier host et éteindre l'imprimante, déconnecter le cable USB.

 

10.      Reconnect USB cable, run Repetier host and Turn On the printer, Click on “Home” button

Reconnecter le cable USB, lancer RepetierHost et allumer l'imprimante, cliquer sur le botton “Home”.

 

11.     The Bed is now leveled, you can go to Chapter 25 Checking the Z Level

Le Support de lit est maintenant calibré, vous pouvez passer au chapitre 25 "Verifier la Position Z"
