The goal is to position the Bed in the same YX plane than the head at top position (the 3 microswitchs).

 1.     Enter :

G28

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

Enter :

G1 X0 Y70 Z20 F2000

(Upper case)

in the G-Code area of the Manual Control tab

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

 

 2.     The printer move the head to the XYZ position you entered

 

 3.     Position the paper  under the head

 

 4.     Click on -Z button with steps of 1mm until the head is at approx 2mm of the bed then on -Z button with steps of 0.1mm until the head touch the paper.

If the head touch the paper before Z value = 0.0 you have to lower the Z position of the Bed by screwing the M6 Screw Clockwise then click on -Z button with steps of 0.1mm until the head touch the paper and the Z value is equal to 0.00

If the head don't touch the paper before Z = 0.0 you have to upper the Z position of the Bed by screwing the M6 Screw Counterclockwise.

 

 5.     Enter :

G28

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

 

 6.     Enter :

G1 X70 Y-40 Z20 F2000

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

The printer move the head at the XYZ position

 

 7.     Repeat the process of point #4 up the head touch the paper at Z position 0.00

 

 8.     Enter :

G28

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

The printer move the head up

 

 9.     Enter :

G1 X-70 Y-40 Z20 F2000

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

The printer move the head at the XYZ position

 

 10.     Repeat the process of point #4 up the head touch the paper at Z position 0.00

 

 11.     The Bed level is now OK, Enter :

G28

then click on Send button or hit Enter Key

The printer move the head up.
